Mom.
It's been real.
[but ill get to that in a second!]
Today was a great day.
Wanna know why?
Well, for starters I got to speak in church today!
{on Mother's Day}
{{and you know how that goes}}
{{{stressful}}}
Church was awesome.
Got my senior quilt that the Relief Society made for me!
And let me toot my own horn over here for just a sec.
My quilt- is the bomb dot com.
...and if your wondering why I only have an "S" and not a monogram, it's because I don't have a middle name.
So lame.
Trust me.
I know.
Dang family traditions...
After church we came home!
Ate some food.
AND THEN GUESS WHAT WE DID NEXT?!
Drumroll please...
We got on Skype...
and...
We talked to Shmorgs!
Yippee!
We can only talked to him 2 times a year. Christmas and Mother's Day!
Oh, how I miss that boy.
He is serving a full time mission in Santiago, Chili for 2 years for my
Church.
I continue to get more and more impressed with my brother each and every day.
Those of you who know my brother know that he is quite the catch, but this is no surprise to me.
It's his ability to teach the
gospel in such a way that no other 20 year old boy could ever do.
Everyday his testimony continues to grows stronger and stronger, and his love for the Lord becomes deeper and deeper as he continues teaching and baptizing the people of Santiago.
I am so proud to call him my brother.
{I would just like to point out Paige's face that I snapped a picture of in the reflection of the computer. haha!!}
It was so nice to be able to talk for a while and catch up on life.
So much has happened since Christmas so we were all talking a mile-a-minute!
Morgan's best friend Nolan came over and so did Mckenna.
It was so fun to have everyone together, chit-chatting about heaven know's what!
7 more months till we talk to you again, Shmorgs.
Bye bye for now.
So this one's for Mom...
Your amazing in everything you do.
You have taught me everything I know.
Besides mastering the art of making bomb ice water and learning how to cut and toss a mean caesar salad. I need to work on that.
Your such a role model for me. I hope I turn out half as great as you!
I love you so so much!
Happy Mother's Day to the best Mom on this Earth!
How did I get so dang lucky when Heavenly Father was choosing a Mom for me!
I don't know, but I sure am lucky!
xoxo
